Creating a Respectful Workplace —
Preventing Workplace Harassment

Time, money, and reputation are what an organization loses if it’s hit with a general or sexual harassment complaint. Effective prevention strategies, including training, can help employers create a workplace free from harassment. Through small and large group discussions, case studies and strategies for combating harassment, participants will learn ways to help create a respectful workplace. The workshop is presented in a non-confrontational manner. Participants will develop a broad understanding of legal and interpersonal aspects of the topic.
